Nutrition and Immune Function

Experts will discuss the impact of dietary patterns—such as the Mediterranean and DASH diets—on immune function, highlighting foods that can enhance or compromise immunity .The session will also explore the role of the micro biome in immune health. Attendees will learn how a diverse and balanced gut micro biome  contributes to a robust immune system and the impact of diet on gut health. Topics such as prebiotics, probiotics, and fermented foods will be discussed in detail .Practical workshops will allow participants to develop nutrition plans aimed at supporting immune function, including meal ideas and recipes that incorporate immune-boosting ingredients.
